About the Role:
For our Ferrero Headquarters, we are looking for an Marketing & Media & Sustainability Law Intern for 6 month, who will become part of Legal Department based in Luxembourg.
Main Responsibilities:
Thanks to your help, you'll play a role in the team by contributing to the drafting and revision of international agreements in the Marketing & Media domain. Your focus will be on providing legal support to the Group Media & Governance Department, where you'll assist in crafting and refining contracts covering a spectrum of media services, from buying and planning to strategy and digital advertising verification. Additionally, your skills will be instrumental in supporting the Institutional Affairs and Corporate Communication Department, as you participate in the drafting and revising of contracts related to marketing and brand communication services.
Furthermore, your contribution extends to the realm of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters, where legal support is pivotal. You'll be actively involved in drafting and refining Group contracts pertaining to sustainability-related activities. In this dynamic role, your ability to navigate diverse legal aspects across various departments will be a key factor in ensuring the alignment of agreements with our strategic objectives.
Who we are looking for:
Thanks to your academic achievements, you hold a Master's Degree in Law, showcasing your dedication and expertise in the field. An additional specialization in contract law, IP, or sustainability would further enrich your qualifications, positioning you as a candidate with a diverse skill set. Your fluency in English adds another layer to your capabilities, ensuring effective communication in our dynamic work environment.
Your collaborative nature is a key asset, as you excel in building strong working relationships with colleagues and internal stakeholders. Your ability to adapt and connect with individuals at all levels, coupled with your positive and proactive professional attitude, makes you an ideal team player. You bring reliability, flexibility, and a job-conscious approach, demonstrating your commitment to contributing to the success of our collaborative efforts.
You have attention to detail, knowledge of media law and EU contract law, that are essential elements for navigating the legal landscape in our industry. While your previous experience or knowledge of the ESG discipline would be advantageous, your capacity to prioritize tasks will be a valuable asset to the team.
