About the role

You will work for Kesko Oyj, in HR Services and Processes function at Helsinki, Kalasatama. The purpose of the position is to innovate and develop digitalized HR processes internationally and identify corrective actions utilizing different process development methods and technologies. You are ready to lead international HR process and system development projects.

We appreciate a proactive way of working as well as strong teamwork and co-operation skills. You don’t need to be a technical wizard, but moderate technical skills and genuine interest in utilizing the latest technical innovations and data in HR process development will enable your success.

Are proactive in your communication style and get excited about creating something new and implementing change. You are used to working with and influencing different stakeholder groups. Working at the interface of HR, IT and business is familiar to you.

  • Strategic thinking; applying business insights to formulate and drive HR processes and solutions that achieve business objectives
  • Informed decision thinking using data and analytics

An additional benefit to you is knowledge and/or certificates from process development methodologies such as Lean six sigma principles and tools.

Your skills and background:

You are an HR professional who is familiar with the HR field and its aspects – you see the long-term big picture and have the skills to form and implement an idea of how to reach the desired outcome. You already have gained previous experience of project management and have experience of having led process and system renewal projects in an international environment. We also expect:

  • Experience with HR master data systems, e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle.
  • Excellent cooperation, communication and presentation skills, which will help you convince and influence your internal stakeholders, both in English and Finnish.
  • EU visa/work permit in place (if applicable).
