We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Manager AMH Loan - AMH LOAN TKH.
Principal responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team in a challenging environment and ensure team and individual objectives are met.
- Ensure all the PLA targets are met at process level.
- Prepare and update emergency escalation plan for the operations team, Provide and support any ad-hoc project relating to collation, analysis, forecasting etc of operational data.
- Ensure compliance of the controls requirements by performing the required audit checks for the process.
- College graduate in commerce / finance / accounting or equivalent. Higher qualification not a bar provided aspirations are commensurate with the position.
- 2 years or above Banking industry experience.
- 2 years of experience in team management is preferred.
- Fluent English/Mandarin/Cantonese in vocal and Good written in English.
- Good command of secured/ unsecured lending products and familiar with Hong Kong properties market.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
