English - fluent level
IT knowledge (Generally sufficient. It is important that you are familiar with IT terminology (Cloud, SaaS, VoIP, firewall, vpn, server, database, etc.).
At least minimal knowledge of how projects/project management works - methodologies, tools, analysis, budget etc.
