Job Responsibilities/ 工作职责 :
The Product Operations Specialist at Razer is responsible for ensuring that the Razer growth software ecosystem remains engaging to our fans. You will take charge of various activities and events such as managing the backend operations of content, competitions, giveaways, and other campaigns. Additionally, you will gather and analyze relevant data based on product functions and customer feedback.

As a Product Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with teams from engineering, product development, design, and marketing across Razer to ensure the smooth functioning of our products. Your role involves being the face of Razer to millions of passionate fans who engage in gaming every day.
Responsibilities
  • Independently manage backend operations of contents, contests, giveaways, and live campaigns on the Razer growth software ecosystem. Assign work to cross-functional teams as required to deliver on campaigns.
  • Represent the customer internally. Collect and understand user feedback about our software. Sort out and share the report with the product and engineering team. Work with engineering and product teams to find answers to customer feedback.
  • Be the first responder to user feedback about our software by moderating and responding in public forums and feedback channels about software.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to plan and operate on-line events and marketing campaigns.
  • Collect, analyze, and provide insights on data regarding product functions and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, design, and marketing, to ensure the seamless operation of Razer's products.
  • Test wallpaper content with Razer lighting ecosystem to ensure content RGB compatibility.
  • Configure and manage schedules related to customer facing events inside software.
  • Manage content schedule and selection of wallpaper/games promoted inside software.
  • Produce and share marketing content for growth software live campaigns, and work with China marketing teams to post promotions on various social on-line channels like Wechat, Douyin, Bilibili, Weibo, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in content and campaign operations, content live-ops, or a related operational support role for a software platform.
  • Proven high technology field background with an excellent understanding of this industry.
  • Familiarity with Windows software industry.
  • Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to manage small projects independently.
  • Understanding of the gaming industry and gamer mindset.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, strong learning agility, and attention to detail.
  • Advanced communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient writing skills in English and Chinese.
  • Experience managing wallpaper software content is a plus.
  • Experience operating RGB lighting system is a plus.
