Erste Digital develops and maintains all relevant IT-solutions (e.g. SimCorp, Oracle DB/DWH, Web) in the area of Asset and Wealth Management in close co-operation with Erste Asset Management. Erste Asset Management coordinates and is responsible for all asset management activities of Erste Group amounting to more than € 60 billion. More than 300 employees develop and manage investment solutions for our investors across 7 different countries.The initiatives of the teams have a strong focus on providing the required asset management data for business units to assure Regulatory & Client Reporting, support investment decisions and execute Mid- and Backoffice processes. The services include maintenance and development of new capabilities for SimCorp Dimension and database solutions with reporting or web frontends.

What to do
- Collaborate in a motivated team of technical experts, together with different business partners
- Make yourself familiar with our core systems and technologies (SimCorp, DWH, SWIFT, etc.)
- Take over basic support and analysis tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents
- Proactively communicate with the business partners, service desk and support teams
- Grow into project work including system customizations based on your individual skillset

- Motivation to continuously learn technical insights of core industry systems in Asset Management (e.g. SimCorp Dimension)
- Solid technical background (e.g. SQL database and/or basic programming skills)
- Keen to learn new things and make yourself familiar with new business processes and technical environments
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Being inspired for building up good relationships with our business partners and colleagues
- Ideally first experiences in application support and incident/problem/change management
- Fluency in English

- A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 48.370,- gross per year.
