Job Description:
As an experienced trimmer, your primary responsibility is to hand-trim and manicure cannabis plants to produce high-quality products. You’ll follow trimming techniques and quality control standards to ensure consistent production. You’ll have knowledge of cannabis anatomy to identify and remove damaged or unwanted material.

Job Duties:
· Meet trimming requirements of 3 lbs-5 lbs daily
· Trimming each flower to its unique expression
· Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing your work area
· Bucking
· Comply with all OLCC regulations

Job Requirements:
· 1+ year trimming experience or 50lb min previous trim experience
· Ability to sit/stand for extended periods
· Ability to find mold
· Must be at least 21 years of age
· Ability to work well with others and independently
· Open to constructive criticism
· Ability to follow instructions
· Must have reliable transportation
· Must have OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit
