As a Sales Territory Manager (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for our customers. You will demonstrate our broad range of products which includes Industrial Microscopy and XRF analyzers, to our customers and coordinate sales. Our customers vary in sectors and your day-to-day will bring a great deal of variety to you.This is an exciting time to join Evident and be a part of the team whilst we grow our business.
Your regions will be: Poznan (West of Poland)
Regions: wielkopolskie, dolnośląskie, lubuskie and zachodnipomorskie.
Tasks
- You promote and sell Evident devices (advanced microscope systems, software, including image analysis software, and accessories) and XRF analyzers to research institutes and industrial clients
- You independently search for sales opportunities and run the sales projects
- You conduct negotiations and conclude sales contracts on behalf of the company
- You hold presentations of devices in research institutes, universities and companies from many different industries (especially automotive and aerospace)
- You support the installation of devices after sales and train the users in the use of the devices and applications
- The position is independent, but we are looking for people who want to work in a team (cooperation with the sales support team in the company's office, product specialists and with representatives from other regions)
- You hold a higher education degree, preferably in the field of material science
- You have +3 years experience in sales
- You effectively manage the territory sales pipeline to ensure financial targets are met by leading and taking full ownership of all sales process activities from first contact to closing deals
- An additional advantage will be experience in trade with universities, research institutions, automotive/aerospace companies (large plants) and smaller B2B industrial companies
- Experience in selling measuring devices for general quality control will be an additional asset
- You are willing to work with people, open to make new contacts and able to build lasting relationships
- You are independent and well organized in your own work
- You schedule commercial visits and product demonstration visits
- You develop and deliver customer sales presentations as per customer requirements
- You drive continuous improvement by taking ownership of your professional development to support your growth within the organization
- The job requires frequent travel within one's own area and from time to time to the office in Warsaw
- You have a good knowledge of computer hardware (system configuration, cooperation with external devices) and the Office package
- Knowledge of a CRM system will be an advantage
- Knowledge of English at least at the intermediate level is mandatory (training abroad)
- You possess a valid category B driving license
