key responsibilities
Purpose of the Mission (project & department description)
- Partner with the Global Procurement team and other buyers to support and advance the global sourcing strategy
- Assist with the definition & delivery of optimised procurement strategies for operational & strategic projects, dealing with complex sourcing, logistics and quality issues in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Support successful project delivery (cost, quality, time) against business targets, customer expectations, compliance requirements and total cost of ownership
- Effectively manage Stakeholder relationships with internal customers and external Suppliers
Primary Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end Sourcing activities against defined deliverables for a specific initiative, ensuring alignment with objectives of External Workforce project:
- Alignment with the business on requirements
- Standardization & segmentation of the contingent missions/profiles
- Strategy objectives and SLA definition
- Strategic options set-up, risks/opportunities, & recommendation to the business
- Work with a) Network of internal customers in order to implement the procurement process & tools and b) Buyers to support global strategy of category
- Assist in the creation of market tenders, RFI, RFP (including preparation, supplier negotiations, operational and administrative tasks, recommendation). Ensure key project drivers are successfully met and in compliance with the Procurement process
- Where possible, Identify potential Suppliers and market opportunities o Carry out Supplier due diligence & performance evaluation o Engage and manage Supplier base against defined contractual terms, SLA’s and framework agreements
- Support Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for the category (Business Review Meetings, performance evaluation, continuous improvement plans follow-up) o Assist in the preparation of Audit & Compliance process reviews, as required

Required Experience & Knowledge
- Experience across key procurement processes:
- Market analysis
- Request for Information / Request for Proposals / Request for Quotations set up
- Negotiation
- Contract Management
- Supplier Performance Evaluation & Supplier Relationship Management
- Full end-to-end sourcing process on defined purchasing categories
- Ability to leverage past experience and industry knowledge to continuously motivate change
