For our client, one of the leading direct marketing companies in Romania, we are looking for a Digital Media Specialist (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

Description



Developing, executing and managing effective digital advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels;
Conducting thorough market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance;
Creating compelling and engaging ad copy, images, and videos that resonate with target audiences and align with campaign objectives;
Utilizing advanced targeting techniques to reach the right audience segments and maximize campaign effectiveness;
Monitoring campaign performance, closely analyze key metrics, and generate comprehensive reports to assess ROI and provide actionable insights for optimization;
Optimizing continuously campaigns by A/B testing ad variations, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates and achieve campaign goals;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and seamless execution;
Staying abreast of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance campaign.


Requirements



Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in creating, observing, analyzing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, specifically on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and other social media platforms;
Solid understanding of digital advertising principles, best practices, and performance metrics;
Proficient in using ad management platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other relevant tools;
Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and implement data driven optimization's;
Very good Strong knowledge of audience targeting techniques, segmentation, and targeting strategies;
Very good knowledge of English;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy;
Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines;
Proactive and self-motivated.
