Position Summary


As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:


  • Enter order and coordinate logistics for export and import
  • Direct relationship with planning, sales, customers, finance and warehouse teams
  • Up to 7.000MT of FP pectin exported per year; 500 MT of FG/BG/CMC imported per year
  • Ensure all actions meet local rules for foreign business (import and export)
  • Keep import and export costs at minimum level and service at maximum level
  • Work with process stakeholders to ensure achieving the planned goals


Principal Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Order handling from creation to billing
  • Coordinate shipments with warehouse, broker, transport company
  • Keep customers informed about the shipment status
  • Prepare and send documentation to Customers for all shipments
  • Work to prepare KPI reports (shipping tracking, document accuracy, export costs)
  • Coordinate shipments and customs releasing flow for all import processes
  • Work to prepare import costs and KPIs (releasing time, damage, transit time);
  • Carry out the work in accordance with internally approved policies, procedures, work instructions, respecting and applying the SGQSA requirements and also the health, safety, environment and sustainability (HSMS) standards adopted by the company.
  • Responsibility and autonomy to report issues related to SGQSA to the managing director and the quality department.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of SGQSA.


Requirements:


  • University Degree in Logistics, Foreign Business or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Export/Import procedures
  • Strong knowledge in Foreign Business logistics
  • Some knowledge in SAP
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel specially)
  • Familiar with Customer Service Relationship
  • Some experience with logistic vendors relationship
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, including experience and ability in establishing procedures, systems, and presentations
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Team work
