Responsibilities:
Develop, validate, and maintain genetic testing methods and protocols.
Collect, analyze, interpret and report data through pathological Test.
Consult with medical professionals to discuss patient results and answer questions.
Maintain records of laboratory tests and results.
Monitor laboratory safety standards and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
Assist in conducting research studies and experiments.
Train new laboratory personnel on laboratory procedures and protocols.
Utilize analysis software to analyze data and create reports.
Apply knowledge to diagnose patients.
Monitor quality control standards for accuracy of genetic testing results
