Be responsible for Processing production in Jiaxing with focus on Processing production and ensure that the delivery service, quality of the product and the operational cost are according to the global requirement. Organize, direct and control production activities according to the objectives of his/her team. Creates environment for people success and development. Helps people utilize their potential. Seeks out, develops and promotes exceptional talents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fully responsible for specific production area
  • Develops and implements strategic priorities for the area and is responsible for setting up and following goals for the area
  • Drives production solutions by setting up processes, procedures and tasks supporting overall JIA performance. Prepares, presents and interprets production KPI’s , execute activities which results in improved safety, quality, cost , efficiency, flexibility and productivity
  • Constantly drives “improvement mindset” in production, constructively challenge existing processes and work closely with LCI to achieve JIA LCI roadmap goal
  • Executes projects to increase factory efficiency, flexibility and process quality; implements new processes
  • Leads and develops teams in order to fulfill production requirements, as well as leadership expectations within LEGO
  • Builds capabilities and competencies of Processing production team
  • Responsible for Processing production budget by estimate and follow through the budget
  • Cooperate with all sites’ departments by participate in Processing Production network and all other related activities.
  • Ensure property protection and loss prevention in JIA
  • Leadership
  • Creates environment to secure growth of the team competences
  • Sets stretching but achievable objectives for the team and subordinates
  • Build relations with stakeholders effectively and closely collaborate with other departments
  • New platforms and Process introduction and implement for capacity expansion
  • Assist in the introduction of Novelty and evaluate the effective-ness of related Jig and other auxiliary equipment
  • Initiate and drive Productivity ideas and saving, and deliver the results
  • Coordinate to deal with various technical problems in Processing
  • Solve the quality issues related Production
  • Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager

Do you have what it takes?

  • Solid experience in engineering and production environment with good supply chain and manufacturing understanding.
  • Minimum 3 years managerial experience.
  • Rich experience in managing production or operations team in group of 20-30 employees with manufacturing environment.
  • Pad Printing Process experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • A team player with energy to take on challenges.
  • Result oriented, structural thinking, proactiveness and interested in resolving problems

  • Manages daily operations according to manufacturing diary, shop floor planning, visual factory, capacity review and local consolidation with clear monthly and annual plans.
  • Drives production solutions by setting up processes, procedures and tasks supporting overall performance. Prepares, presents and interprets production KPI’s , execute activities which results in improved safety, quality, cost , efficiency, flexibility and productivity.
  • Respond efficiently to production plan changes.
  • Ensure property protection and loss prevention.
