Edelson PC Intake Specialist Position
We are a nationally recognized leader in plaintiffs’ class and mass action litigation. Our firm has been chosen by courts and other institutions to handle some of the most complex and significant issues affecting our country today. We have represented collegiate and other athletes suffering from devastating effects of concussions; property owners who have lost their homes and businesses to various natural and manmade disaster; a group of public housing residents based upon contamination-related injuries; and consumers, unions, and governmental entities suffering losses due to the sale of unsafe prescriptions drugs.
We are seeking ambitious intake specialists to join our team full-time. The job will require candidates to work hand-in-hand with the firm’s lawyers and to communicate with potential clients on a daily basis. We are in need of someone that can speak fluent Spanish with our clients and translate to English.
Responsibilities
- Interface with clients through phone calls and emails in English and Spanish
- Build and maintain relationships
- Review documents sent by clients and potential clients
- Update client information in case management system
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal, organization, and writing skills
- Strong leadership skills and work ethic
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Sheets
