About ELCA

As part of the deployment of our employer brand and our website "ELCA Careers," which we aim to enrich with employee testimonials and success stories, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting interviews with our employees within the various entities of the ELCA group (Lausanne, Geneva, Zurich, Basel, and Bern) as well as at our clients' locations.
- Creating videos that highlight ELCA's expertise, corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and projects in which the group is involved.
- Filming our internal events (afterworks, Summer Party, etc.)
- Collaborating with the communications department in developing video scenarios.
- Editing the testimonials while adhering to the group's graphic guidelines
- A dynamic work and collaborative environment with a highly motivated multi-cultural and multiples international sites team

- You are autonomous, creative and able to make suggestions.
- Excellent command of Adobe video tools (Première Pro) and After Effects (a plus)
- You have already produced audiovisual content for the web
- Very good knowledge of color grading techniques
- Languages: French (C1), English (C1). Swiss-German (a plus)

- 6-month internship starting in September
- Travel and catering expenses covered.
- Video equipment provided (2 Sony A7IV cameras, Sony 55mm and 35mm lenses, Gimble DJ RSII, lighting kit and ND filters).
