The Store construnction planner is supporting the Global Store Construction and Development activity in collecting all the store opening initiatives (New, Remodeling, Relocations projects) from the markets / Real Estate and planning each project steps.
There are approx. 50 different steps from Project Kick-off to Approval - Pre-construction - Construction and Store Opening main milestones that needs to be planned and updated.

He\She must be able to build and drive the yearly initiative plan creation and update, lead stakeholders alignment (Construction, Store ops, RE, Finance,…) to ensure project tracking and store opening on-time.
He\She has key role in strategic corporate initiatives such as new businesses integrations and new processes implementation or re-engineering.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- High Level Planning (Budget) definition
- Project management / milestones planning & progress monitoring
- Support the executive approval process
- Define with Brand and local teams the projects prioritization
- Measure the performances through the main KPIs
- Create and manage Dashboard to control projects progression
