Personal & Sales Assistant [Hungary]


 

We're looking for a Personal & Sales Assistant to join our fast-growing team and help us build the most trusted and personalized service in the world. The open position is a maternity cover with a fixed-term working contract for a minimum of 12 months, with an opportunity to be prolonged.


Responsibilities

  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments with external clients. Ensuring efficient time management and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Keeps, prepares, and distributes minutes of meetings
  • Delivering reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Organizing internal team meetings and alerting team members about deadlines
  • Gaining a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Coordinates projects by capturing timelines and delivering progress updates
  • Support marketing and sales activities through administrative support, such as preparing sales documents, billing, price offers, and contract preparation
  • Managing the general manager’s personal and professional files, records, and documents.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. Exercising discretion and judgment in handling personal and professional matters.
