Role + Responsibilities
- Consolidate all the background and lessons learned from our global production network, including local factors, aspects related to the different plant sizes, cultural aspects and so on
- Analyze the different processes throughout the divisions comparing with theory and conclude which method should be used for each step in our production
- Analyze which KPIs are used in the different hierarchical levels and which of them are necessary to control the production (standardize).
- Create a final document describing E+H Flow's global production system (FPS).
Qualification + Profile
- Studies in the direction of engineering, production management or similar
- At least in the 5th semester
- Knowledge of the languages English and German
- Careful and independent way of working, sense of responsibility and a high willingness to learn
