We have a fantastic opportunity for a multi-talented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. Responsibilities include performing a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks to support the daily operations of our hospital. This position plays a critical role in keeping our hospital a positive, welcoming and productive environment for our team members, clients and their pets.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greet Clients at Check-In & Check-Out
Process Client Payments
Answer Phones
Schedule Appointments
Sort and Distribute U.S Mail and Email
Send Outgoing U.S. Mail and Email
Make Copies, Scan and Fax Documents
Monitor Inventory of Breakroom Supplies
Maintain Breakroom Bulletin Boards
Perform Basic Website Updates As Needed
Prepare/Send Monthly Email Newsletter
Take Detailed Notes During Team Meetings
Ensure Hospital Remains Clean and Organized
Decorate Hospital Lobby and Breakroom As Directed
Other Tasks Deemed Essential to Hospital Operations

Candidates for consideration must possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a position with similar responsibilities at a hospital or other healthcare industry employer.
