As a Service Associate Consultant, you will help us achieve this goal by leveraging your knowledge and positive attitude to help each user in a friendly and efficient matter. Many users in China use services jointly provided by Flywire and Flywire’s locally licensed partners, and your patience and flexibility to understand Chinese user’s cultural background is also a must. Strong language skills are also required.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist Flywire’s local licensed partner in liaising with Chinese users on their questions and concerns by phone, email and chat with speed and professionalism
- Consult with Flywire and Flywire’s local licensed partner and serve an essential role in making Flywire’s services more convenient.
- Assist Flywire in follow-up with previously unresolved service requests
- Consult with Flywire to help us define and implement top notch service policies
- Assist Flywire to solve complex problems with different software tools
- Have fun while working hard with a goal-oriented team
Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has:
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to listen, understand and find a solution to complex service requests
- The desire to talk to users on a daily basis
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- A flexible work schedule
- International experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM software (preferred)
