HR-related responsibilities:
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
- Responsible for the overall quality system in the HR department
- Draft and update documents such as job descriptions, employee handbooks, performance appraisals, forms, SOP, policies, and other HR-related documents.
Recruitment and Staffing duties:
- Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements, and issues from all departments
- Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement
- Issuing a Letter of Offer/ Employment to the selected candidate
Attendance and Employee Management:
- Keeping track of employee's attendance/absenteeism and reporting to the supervising manager
- Setting up and updating email addresses for new and resigned employees
Event Planning:
- Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management's approval
Accounting and Financial Tasks:
- Prepare billing for the customers
- Provide general support accounting
- Maintains proper tagging and safekeeping of company assets
Profiles of Candidate:
- Possess at least Secondary School/"O" Level in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of billing for the logistic customers is a plus
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills in a professional and responsive manner
- High level of integrity with a positive work attitude
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and organized
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
